Heart Tree Decoration

Time: 10 minutes

A simple craft to add to your Christmas tree or decorate around the home.

Materials:

  • Paper (could be from a magazine, wrapping paper, etc.)
  • String
  • Scissors
  • Ruler

  1. First, cut the paper into 2 cm and 25 cm long strips. Put the strips of paper together, fold them in half and insert a loop of string to the crease to create the hanging loop.
  2. Staple the center fold and bend into a heart shape.
  3. If you want to make them different sizes, pull the paper through your fingers to make the heart shape smaller or bigger. When you’re happy with the shape, staple the end and cut off the excess paper.

  2. Bend the first piece of paper into a circle, overlapping the ends slightly and stick together using the glue or sticky tape to make a full circle.
