OUR PROMISE
Victoria Eggs Ltd does not store your credit card details nor do we disclose buyer’s information to third parties. We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites. We may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so. Our website is hosted on a Shopify platform.

We collect our merchants’ customers’ name, email, shipping and billing address, payment details, company name, phone number, IP address, information about orders you initiate, information about the Shopify-supported merchant stores that you visit, and information about the device and browser you use.
- We use this information to provide our merchants with the Services, including supporting and processing orders, risk and fraud screening, authentication, and payments. We also use this information to improve our Services.
- If you opt into Shopify Pay, Victoria Eggs Shopify store and use this information to pre-fill your checkout information. We additionally use this information to help customise and improve your experience when you visit a merchant store by presenting to you goods and service that are more likely to be of interest to you.

What we collect:

- Your email address and subscription preferences when you sign up to our email alerts, and how you use our emails – for example whether you open them and which links you click on

How and where we collect it:
You will need to provide personal data in order to register on our website, place orders with us and for us to keep in touch with you. If you wish to place an order, you will also need to provide payment details, such as your credit or debit card number and your address. Once you have registered, your information can be accessed and updated via My Account. We also collect some data you provide even if you don’t complete your registration, for example your email address and anonymous data on how customers interact with our website.
The personal data we collect is used to fulfil your order and contact you in the event of any queries relating to it. As part of the registration process, you will also be asked whether you wish to receive marketing emails from us. You can update these preferences and choose to opt out of all marketing communications any time via My Account or clicking unsubscribe on any email. We may also use data we collect during the registration process to contact you to help us understand whether you need any more help with your order.
